By day, Courtney works as the Senior Director of Brand, Consumer Marketing, and Community Partnerships with the Hamilton Sports Group.

Separately, Courtney delivers keynotes and training seminars on personal branding, financial education, and strategies for navigating the business of sports.

Though he played over 120 games as a pro in the CFL, Courtney is best known for his dedication to helping young people in the community.
