Short Bio

Courtney Stephen wears many hats. He is a father, coach, entrepreneur, investor, and sports business professional.

Though he played over 120 games as a pro in the CFL, Courtney is best known for his dedication to helping young people in the community. Courtney has a passion for mentorship and outside of his full-time work he speaks at schools and organizations on the topics of personal development, entrepreneurship, and financial education.

Courtney is also the Director of Community Partnerships with the Hamilton Sports Group.
